Hi, I’m Jane, the wellies behind Yellow Welly Dog Club. Thank you for dropping by.
After a career in science, education, and human behaviour, I took a break to pursue my deep love of dogs. While studying with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT), I unexpectedly found myself starting Yellow Welly Dog Club, a small yet mighty training, walking and enrichment community built on recommendation and a passion for dogs.
I believe all dogs are doing their best with the tools we give them, and this philosophy shapes everything I do at Yellow Welly Dog Club.
I’m now proud to be an IMDT qualified and accredited trainer, specialising in high drive dogs, especially those who love to chase, and my ethos is rooted in games-based learning, science-led strategies, and a deep commitment to welfare.
I believe training should feel safe, kind, and positive. Whether I’m working with puppies or adult dogs, I use positive, emotionally intelligent methods that build trust, confidence and connection between dogs and their humans.
My sensory walks are structured around individual needs, group dynamics, and plenty of play, exploration, and mental stimulation. Enrichment sessions are tailored to each dog’s natural drives, whether as one-to-ones with clients or solo sessions with me.
My pet sitting service enables you to holiday knowing that your pets and home are in best possible care.
